We work with a reliable, high-quality print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!
We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide!
Most of our products are printed on demand as you order them. This allows us to offer you a wide variety of items that we would otherwise not be able to keep in stock. This means that our delivery times will be somewhat longer than a traditional online shop.
From the point a product is ordered, it is normally shipped within 2-5 business days. The shipping time depends on your location and the shipping option selected, but can be estimated as follows:
-USA: 5- 8 business days
-International: 10-20 business days
The moment your order has been fulfilled we will send you an email with the shipping information and tracking number (when available) so that you can watch for delivery!
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide faster production times than what our fulfillment center can provide. If you need something fast, we understand and hope you will come back and try us next time.

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
If your shipping method includes tracking, you’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org.

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at email@example.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.
We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
Because most of our products are created when you place the order, it is crucial that if you need to cancel your order you do so within 24 hours of placing the order. Beyond that, we might not be able to cancel the order if it has already been printed.
For the same reason, we are not able to accept returned merchandise unless the product is damaged.
